Humourous reasons to go back

in my stand up comedy routine tonight i want to list humourous reasons why i shd go back to jws.. how about nobody throws parties like jws.. how about jws being at the cutting edge of fashion.. how about it being easier for men to get a date.. any ideas?.

Haha, these are great!

Other possible "professional" career-oriented reasons to go back:

- need to get some practice on cold-calling people

- wouldn't hurt to get in some chair-stacking practice

- public speaking and hand-shaking practice

- learning (or re-learning) how to tie various ties and knots, or scarves for women

- learning how to sit attentively and even take effective notes while bored out of your mind

... It is actually really difficult to think any reason(s) to return to such an insulated, hateful, narcissisticly-controlled and subjugated environment....!!

The special talk is now BEFORE the Memorial

fyi:.

the 2018 memorial will be held on saturday, march 31, 2018.. the 2019 memorial will be held on friday, april 19, 2019..

... think of it... special talks for special occasions!

(Even if they are the same talks for the same occasions, only special. Same special but different. Sort of.)

Because, you see, the special talk could be given AFTER the special occasion; and now the special talk can be given BEFORE the special occasion!!

Is this not the incredible work of the almighty creator's own hands and mind?

Think of the scope and magnitude of such momentous announcements and arrangements. Incredible, I know!! I mean, who thinks of this brilliance?? All to the almighty's everlasting praise, of course.

1975 and the burning question/s??

ok. so i'm sitting there at the convention.

the video comes up about 1975 and the fact that the faithful brother in the video maintained his faith in the bible by adhering to the scripture that says:.

'no one knows the day or the hour as to when the lord is coming'.

For example:

It's not a party, it's a get-together!

It's not a shower, it's a Welcome New Baby (or bride) celebration!

It's not a pagan wedding ring, it's a symbol of our love!

It's not a funeral, it's a "memorial talk"!

It's not a Christmas dinner, it's a meal with turkey we eat at Christmas (or Thanksgiving).

...

and the *worst* - hesitate to even say these:

...

It's not rape, it's fornication (especially if one did not scream).

It's not a criminal act of child sexual abuse, it's sin.

It's not domestic abuse, it's a matter of needing more subjection and respect for headship.

It's not a life-saving treatment, it's an abuse of blood.
